Describe Your Relationship with Copenhagen

Christiania is my absolute favorite place in Copenhagen. Here I have many friends and feel at home. It is a creative environment with room for differences, and I get to express myself not only through fashion and styling but also through musical communities.

Describe Your Style?

My style is without a doubt inspired by the 70s with a sophisticated twist. I love the colorful fashion of the 70s, letting the feminine figure show in short dresses and pants with high waist. I only have one black garment in my closet. The black color puts me in a bad mood. My mood gets better by dressing in colors. I often get a positive response from people in the street because of my colorful outfit, for instance when I’m wearing a red jacket with big fur collars. Even old people are excited to see clothes looking like what they had when they were young. That makes me happy!

I normally buy all of my clothes second hand. I have found many great vintage items this way. I can recommend buying second hand – but watch out; you might become addicted to this kind of shopping.

Name One Thing You Love?

I love lying in a meadow, looking up into the blue sky. And I love my son of course – his smile has saved my life.

What Is Your Passion?

I am passionate about living a life as free as possible – with openmindedness! And I do not care for the ever-changing fashion in clothes; it makes no sense constantly buying new and throwing out clothes.

New Projects

I am currently working on making even more 70s inspired styling shoots, focusing on recycling and vintage. A dream of mine is to start designing fashion myself. We say “go for it” Caroline!
